I ordered a dress which was delivered fairly promptly but it didn’t look like what I imagined on, so I returned it. I very quickly got an email from them confirming the return in 10 days but I didn’t get any payment returned back to me in that time. I did email them and they responded and said it would be with me in 2-3 days. Again 2-3 days passed and nothing came into my account. Eventually I raised a claim via PayPal (thank goodness I used PayPal) and they found in my favour and returned the money. I wouldn’t use them again for this reason.
